my best diet ever was getting my tonsils out when I was 15
You have to be on a soft food diet for two weeks which I was but just when I was able to eat hard foods again, my throat ruptured and I had to go back to another two weeks of a soft diet.
So I was on a soft diet for one month and I lost 40 pounds lol
BUT DONT DO THAT, I FELT SO SICK EVERY DAY
so far my experiment seems to be working!
I can’t do vigorous workouts like running and shit like that because I have breathing problems due to anxiety. So, I’m just walking and lifting weights and little things like that and eating healthy, no more red meats (well, for the most part at least) and a bunch of fruits and veggies.
I’m not even keeping track of weight anymore, honestly because it’s discouraging. BUT my pants are getting bigger on me and it’s thrilling :-)
Am I the only one that think that thighs that touch is pretty attractive? I just think it’s kinda gross when inner thighs don’t touch but ok way2go society for making people (girls) think that’s the way they’re supposed to look
I want my arms to be fit and my legs to look nicer (even though they won’t be seen with a long dress, idk)
